To avoid contamination and maintain cotton quality we undertake below measures :-

We buy Hand Picked Kapas (seed cotton) directly from local cotton markets by our selectors.

We load Kapas in truck with the cotton cloth covering to avoid contamination.
Kapas is cleared by visual graders, tested by electronic machine.
Workers cover their head with cotton cloth to avoid hair strands.
Moisture control at every stage.
Human handling is minimized at every stage of Ginning.
Kapas and Final cotton is kept in cemented and roofed godowns to protect from Climatic
Changes and natural weather conditions.
Cotton Bales are properly packed in Cotton cloth.

Cotton Testing

Our team of selectors are highly trained from the cultivation level to the final stage of packing, which is the main strength and help us in selecting the best quality cotton for our customers.

We use Internationally Recognized HIGH VOLUME INSTRUMENT (HVI) Testing facilities which help us to maintain our quality and supply least contaminated cotton as per international quality standard. We use the testing facilities available at ATIRA, in Ahmedabad (Gujrat) , CIRCOT, in Sirsa (Haryana) which are autonomous non-profit government organizations and reliable. We also use the services of SGS Labs for cotton/yarn testing.

Both ATIRA and CIRCOT are recognized by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.
